1How do I place an order?
  • Visit our website www.chingclothing.com, go to the SHOP section & browse through a selection of available products
  • Add & manage desired items into your cart
  • Proceed to checkout and fill out the form before your screen
  • Once your orders are received, settle your payment
  • Wait for an email confirmation from our online sales rep and your orders will be shipped right away
  • Once you have successfully placed your orders, you may settle your payments with your bank
2How much is the shipping fee?
  • The shipping fee will depend on your quantity of your order(s) and its weight.
  • The starting price of the shipping fee will be P100 and will increase depending on the weight of your item(s) and location.
    3How many days will it take to receive my order(s)?
    • We use LBC for transactions within both Provincial areas and Metro Manila
    • You can expect to have your orders after 2-4 working days from the date of receiving your email confirmation
    • You may track your orders through the email confirmation that will be sent to you. (note: your orders may take longer than expected come peak season)
      4I still haven’t received my shipment. What do I do with this?
      Once the orders are shipped out. What we can do is help you guys track your parcels and monitor its current location - but with regards to the date on when you’ll receive the items ordered is already out of our control. For this matter, you can verify and ask for a follow-up of the parcel with the courier chosen.
      5Where's the size chart?
      Click on the particular shirt or any accessories you wanted and before you hit the 'add to cart' button, notice that there is a text which display View Size Chart you may view the dimensions of the said piece there
      6Do you guys accept international orders?
      We only cater to shipping around the Philippines for now.
      7What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
      Generally, only defective items or wrong order/s sent by our staff may be exchanged. But reasonable cases like wrong sizing can be an exception to the rule.
